Snort, Logging, and Windows 2000

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone had any specific recommendations, hints, or 
horror stories to share about setting up an intelligent logging system 
with snort on Windows 2000.  If possible, I would like some sort of 
centralized logging (from 3-4 servers running snort) with some analysis 
on top to help organize the whole mess.  The main requirement is that 
all the tools run on Windows 2000 (it's not my decision, so no flames 
please! :) ).

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
