Win32 v2.11 Build24 stable?

Is anyone seeing Win32 v2.11 build 24 stability issues?

Just upgraded (including todays snapshot-CUREENT rules) and the
Win2kPro sp4 box has rebooted twice now. No error messages, no
event log entries, no other indications anywhere. Running from
the command line with:
E:\Snort\bin\snort.exe -c "E:\snort\etc\snort.conf" -l "e:\snort\Log" -A full -i 1 -d -e -X -s

and logging to a syslog facility on the same machine. A simple telnet rule
in local.conf to detect a local telnet session worked correctly. Some time
later with very little traffic, the machine simply either reboots or locks
up totally.

Anyone else seeing stability issues?
