Why ionkmaster dont really upgrade rules,,?

Hello from mexico, 
like evvery week i try to upgrade the rules...

when i use oinkmaster and just get, the rules Again of
thoses that i had deleted or commented out, and not
some rule of exploit, backdoor, Virus, worm (like the
mydoom), or some intersting attack, 
i see when it downloadd the new version 
and compres, but i just get again the rules that i had
deleted, well the useless that i dont need..


any thouhgts!??
