dropped packets

Hi,
On the first of October of the year Yoann Vandoorselaere submitted a
patch to snort users mailing list which corrected a bug which prevented
the proper calculation of the number of packets dropped by Snort.

Was this patched included in the Snort 2.0.3 release ?
