RE: Snort MySQL logging error...

It looks like it might be dieing because of your sensor name. From the
looks of this error message your sensor name is "CVN72UFS01:\" the last
character could be a problem. I would check the line in your snort.conf
file that refers to the database output plugin to make sure everything
is set right.
