Are you using barnyard?  If so, check line 23 of the barnyard.conf file.
 Is it commented out?  If so, you'll be seeing UTC timestamps.

I finally have everything working like I want but for some reason when
all the alerts get logged to the ACID database the times are off. The
time is correct on both machines the sensor and database machine why
would this be happening.
