how to e-mail alerts from acid page

hi all

i was succesfull in generating alerts in the ACID
page..now the problem is how do i save those alerts
and also i want to e-mail those alerts to me e-mail
ID..how do i do that?
i know there is a e-mail option in the acid page...and
i tried to e-mail but i couldn't get...where do i have
to mention my e-mail address...
help me out
