sniffing on two NIC simultaneously

I am using two NIC on my snort box running win2k. One NIC has private IP
address and one has public IP address. I am using IDS centre but that lets
me select only one NIC for sniffing. Is it possible to sniff through both
the NIC simultaneously.

Any suggestions are always welcome.
