Windows 2000 Terminal Snort Issues

Thank you to everyone who offered thoughts and advice on the the Snort
logging issues on my Windows 2000 Terminal server.  Through a combination of
comments and advice I managed to isolate the problem to a rogue install of
Winpcap.
