Snort 2.0.2 payload corruption/Mix up.

Hi,

Im running Snort 2.0.2 on RH7.3 together with Barnyard and Acid.
I've recently found alerts with payloads which was obvious mix up's of
different payloads, I have searched the archives but have not yet found
anything that is simular to my problem.
Has anyone encountered something simular and found a solution ?

Most grateful for any hints or suggestions you might have.
