snortcenter.users doesn't exist

Now what is this?
I've done everything just as in the manual...and every time I try to access
the snort center website I get this message.
And by the way....can I install snort 2.0 in a Red Hat 7.3 box? 
What about installing some new versions of the components? Such as adodb,
jpgraph and GD?
