Cannot archive some alerts.

Whenever I try to move some alerts from the main database to the archive
database, I get "Ignored 3 duplicate alert(s)" and they won't move.
Even though these are new alerts I checked the archive database anyways,
there are some with the same title and classification, but the
timestamps and IDs are all different.  What can I do about this?

Snort Version 2.0.1 (Build 88)
ACID v0.9.6b23
mysql  Ver 12.21 Distrib 4.0.14, for pc-linux (i686)
PHP v1.3.0
Apache/2.0.47
