sort/filter by IP

Is there any way to log/graph snort info based on per dest.IP. similar
to host groups in a nagios config and send alerts to appropriate
channels based on this information.
We're looking to do this on a per client basis. We're a managed services
provider looking to give our clients a way to view snort stats in a
human readable format.
