SNORT : Error when start

Hi All,

I have tried again to install Snort under RH 9.
But I got the error when start service

Initializing rule chains...
ERROR: Unable to open rules file: -i or ./-i
Fatal Error, Quitting..
Starting Intrusion Database System: SNORT
ERROR: Group "nogroup" unknown
Fatal Error, Quitting..

Anybody can help me please....
