Thanks Chris.  After executing:

INSERT INTO schema  (vseq, ctime) VALUES ('106', now());

Snort is now much happier.  That'll teach me not to use my own script!

Craig,

You need one record in your "schema" table.  Check your create_mysql script
for the INSERT statement.
