barnyard alert_fastlog

Hello all,

I've been seeing some odd things at the end of my alert_fast.log file.
The last two blocks of data from a tail show up like this:

[Classification: Unknown] [Priority: 0]

12/31/69-19:00:00.000000 {IP} 0.0.0.0 -> 0.0.0.0
[**] [100:3:1] spp_portscan: Portscan Ended [**]
[Classification: Unknown] [Priority: 0]
------------------------------------------------------------------------

I"m wondering why the date might be listed as 12/31/69.  I have fixed an
earlier issue in logging to local time, but could this also be related?
