How to centralize traffic

I've just installed snort and I guess it's working fine. I can see the
outputs through SnortSnarf, but I'm just being able to log port scans
coming to my own computer. I wanted to know how would be the procedure
(configuration) to have a single IDS server to monitor different
computers, centralizing network traffic.
