session: printable in local.rules logs ALL traffic

["McKim, Tim" <McKim () nsf org>]

In snort 2.0.0 when I use (session: printable;) in a rule in local.rules it
causes snort to log all traffic regardless of whether it matches a rule or
not. This is not the way it behaved in 1.9. Does anyone know a fix for this?
