Jaguar user (i.e. newbie) question

Hi, 
Using Jaguar (10.2.6), console gives the following
message:

May 29 11:16:06 localhost /HenWen
Folder/HenWen.app/Contents/MacOS/snort: OpenPcap()
device en0 network lookup:      en0: no IPv4 address
assigned 

I'm using HenWen as the gui (thanks to its creator -
Nick Zitzmann). Does the absence of the IPv4 address
have any significance? I'm using ADSL.
