OpenPcap again ..

Well ..  I'm a reincident ..  in this .

when I try to recompi le the php to run acid ..  make some changes ..   
tu run php-mysql ..   the fact is  now after recompile php ..  try run 
snort -c /etc/snort/snort.conf

ERROR: OpenCap () FSM compilation failed :
               parse error
Pcap command: /etc/snort/snort.conf

it's mean that I need to reinstall  the libcap .. ?  or other thing ..
