Are you using the spade add on?

If so, spade is probably mis-patched and winds up being initialized twice. 
Try unpacking fresh snort source and re-applying the patch, or edit 
plugbase.c to make sure there's only one call to SetupSpade() in 
InitPreprocessors(). Recompile and try that.


If you are not using spade, check your snort.conf for duplicate plugin 
statements.
