snort for windows, IIS, PHP, ACID Problem

Hi
I have installed snort for windows on NT4,
Everything is configured according to Michael Steele's instructions.
I am getting CGI error when i try to go to
http://localhost/console/index.html

Here is the error....

CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of 
HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:
