Hotmail .eml "shell script"

Hotmail seems to be doing some strange things with /cgi-bin/getmsg/*.eml -
looks like a load of shell script.  This presumably is what's tripping snort
filters.

Anyone seeing similar things?  I can send Pcap off list if needed...
