WTF happened to snort

Don't work with a project for a few months and it all but goes to hell....

 

Anyone have a working configuration of snort on win2k? if so, what binaries
are you using etc.

 

I'd like to use the flexresponse and maybe even IDS center front
end.....anyone have this working?
