SnortAgent Sensor Problem!

when i created a new sensor like this below:

Sensor Name:SnortCenter Sensor
Sensor IP:localhost
Port:2525
SensorUsername:admin
Password:*******
Sensor Agent Type:SSL Enabled(SnortCenter Agent v1.
Interface name to sniff:eth0(my host)_
snort command line: -U -o

then i get this error:

SnorCenter Sensor ->eth0  Can't Connect to localhost:2525

curl: (7) Connect failed

what is the problem?

after installing snortagent how do enable it in the web browser?

please help me....
