Snort Windows PRoblem

Hi ,

I am facing a problem in my snort installation(1.9) in WINDOWS 2000. I have configured snort and it is working also 
since i can see the logs etc . But when i am starting the snort daemon from command prompt  c:\snort say the third time 
,the machine freezes and goes for a reboot on it's own . 

Can anybody help ??
