OT: Syslog Viewer

Since a lot of folks run logging to syslog, I thought this might be of
some interest to ya'll.

One nice feature that it has is 'collapsing' messages.  If you have 100 of
the same message, it shows one, and stacks the 99 others under it.
Colors, priorities, search, sorting...  Seems pretty nice, 'cept for the
license fee.
