update on inbound logging only issue.

After further checking, this does not seem to be a Snort only problem. Neither windump nor ethereal can see packets 
originating from the host, only returning ones. I'm stumped
( and maybe a little stupid ). What would keep all these from seeing packets exiting from it's own interface?
