BACKDOOR BackOrifice access

I've got some of this alerts from snort, but i cannot figure it out why,
I'm not sure, but i dont think my box it'been compromised, and AFAIK i
dont have 31337 port open either.

This rule is triggered even if the connection is not established ??

Sorry for the silly question, i dont know anything about tcp or udp
protocols
