Re: Snort stall at start

Why do you think snort is stalling? As far as I can tell that's a normal 
startup for snort when it's not daemonized. In interactive mode you won't 
get any more output until an alert is triggered.

Is there some detail that you left out which led you to believe something 
was wrong?
