Down the source tar ball from the Snort web site (http://www.snort.org),
decompress it, and look in the ./contrib directory.  You should find a
create_snort script.

Or you can goto to one of these sites, which provide Snort Win32 binaries w/
MySQL support:

These distros should contain the create_mysql script.
