Addendum to ACID issues

Hey all,

A while ago I announced that everyone having issues with the links in ACID 
b22 should CVS to b23 and that would solve all their problems.

It turns out that I missed something.

At the time I updated ACID to b23, I also updated my PHP to 4.2.3. I 
remembered to check to make sure register globals was on, but that wasn't 
enough, apparently, to help me remember that I had done it at the same time.

Thus, the other half of my suggestion to all the people with ACID link 
issues is to upgrade PHP.
