"preprocessor portscan2-ignorehosts" ignored

Hi,

above is completely ignored. I am using 1.9 build 290 from Nov. 30th. I tried $HOME_NET and specific IP, absolutely no 
effect. Is the issue that my proxy is destination?!
Any workaround would be great because it is not funny getting >5000 alerts a day from my proxy...
