In LibnetNT-src ,there is a project which named tcpspoof.
In this project ,she used function "libnet_win32_init()",
but in snort1.9.0 I could't found it.
I used sniffer to test tcpspoof ,it worked correct.
But the flexresp function in snort wasn't work,and it always told me
"PacketSendPacket failed".
Why?
