from the snortcenter page:

Download adodb from http://php.weblogs.com/adodb/
Extract to an directory (/www-root/snortcenter/adodb/).
Copy the files from the 'adodb' directory to a location that the webserver can 
access (/www-root/snortcenter/adodb).
