It seems you downloaded the wrong file. The file you are sourcing
seems to be 'create_mssql' (schema, vseq, NUMERIC). The right file is
in the contrib/-directory of the snort-distribution and it's named
create_mysql.

You can get it (without downloading the whole distribution) by pointing
your browser to cvs:

http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/*checkout*/snort/snort/contrib/create_mysql?rev=1.17
