Win2k and Packet.dll

Win2k SP3

I have WinPcap 3.0 Alpha 4.
I just got Packet2k from packetstorm today. I used the inf file to install
it.
Packet.dll and packet.sys are sitting in the snort directory.
Wpcap.dll is in the winnt\system32 directory.

When I try to do anything with snort I get

The procedure entry point PacketSetDumpName could not be located in the
dynamic link library packet.dll

Any ideas?
