snort 1.9.0beta1

They said it couldn't be done!  They said it wouldn't be done!
Egads! They might be right!

Snort 1.9.0beta1 is out.  The start of the beta cycle is happening for
snort 1.9.  This has several stream fixes over snort 1.8.7, a massive
ruleset change with no more flags: A+ kludges, a lot of new keywords,
an updated http_decoder, a new portscan2 detector ( in real beta ), a
new source heirarchy, a new config file, an updated snmp output
plugin, and a new kitchen sink.
