Hi all,

sorry for my stupid question, but I installed a frew minutes ago Snort 1.8
for windows 2000.

When I test the configuration from idscenter i receive this error:



Back Orifice detection brute force: DISABLED

Using LOCAL time

[!] ERROR rules/web-cgi.rules(8) => Bad port number: "(msg:"WEB-CGI"

Fatal Error, Quitting..

I loocked in snort.conf and in the rules but I do not find any errors.

Can someone help me?
