ACID E-mail Problem

When selecting any e-mail alert action in ACID the resulting e-mail only has the first 2 fields and part of the 3rd 
field.  Has anyone else seen this problem? This used to work but I am not sure when it stopped functioning correctly.  
I am running the following vers:
 
Snort 1.8.6
WinPcap 2.3
MSSQL 2000
PHP 4.2.1
ADODB 2.2.9
ACID B22 from CVS
