snort signature filename has changed

Hi,

For the people who are using SnortCenter (and probably other rule update programs like oinkmaster) The filename of 
'snortrules.tar.gz' has changed to 'snortrules-stable.tar.gz 

To get the 'import/update from internet' working again in SnortCenter, you can change in the 'config.php' file

$snortrules_url = "http://www.snort.org/dl/signatures/snortrules-stable.tar.gz";;
