Hi

just wanted to inform you about IDScenter (www.packx.net).. a Snort
management tool for Windows platform.
Features:
 - Snort configuration wizard
 - E-Mail notification
 - Log rotation
 - AutoBlock (using Network ICE BlackICE Defender)
 - MySQL alert detection support (instead of File monitoring with up to
10 files)
 - internal log viewer and support for ACID, SnortSnarf etc.
 - program execution when alert was detected
 - etc..

check the website.. there's also a manual for setting up Snort and
IDScenter on Windows platform.
