Problem Snort on Windows

Hi, I have installed Snort ver 1.8 on a Windows2000 Server but when I
execute it I have a message of error in the event viewer relative to
'NetGroup Packet Filter' also I have installed 'WinPcap' but the result is
equal as I can resolve? thanks.
