never could find the schema diagram, but I did find the tables I needed to
clear:

DELETE FROM data
DELETE FROM event
DELETE FROM icmphdr
DELETE FROM tcphdr
DELETE FROM udphdr
DELETE FROM iphdr
DELETE FROM opt
