winpcap

For those of you who have been getting "Unable to open adapter" from
winpcap, but not getting errors from windump, I suggest downgrading to
winpcap 2.2.  I have just tried it, and it works fine.  A way to see if
winpcap is the problem is to run:
snort -W
If you see only one interface, with nothing else listed for device or
description, this is most likely your problem.
