Newbie need advice !

I`ve running snort on diferent sites, with very good results.
Now I`m trying to view all the alerts on a Web based or win based interface centralized.
I want to run snort on several sites (5 - 6 sites), and log centralized on a db or a flat file, i don`t know that.
All this running on wink2 enviroment, and of course, it will be apreciated if that centralized tool is capable of 
generating SNMTP traps or emails.
Is this too much, or is posible in some way ?
