Oinkmaster v0.4

Hello,

For those who are interested, Oinkmaster v0.4 has now been released
which contains various (mostly minor) updates and fixes.

Oinkmaster is a very simple Perl script to help you update to the latest
CVS checkout of the Snort signatures (either -STABLE or -CURRENT),
display changes and comment out the unwanted rules after each update.
