Snort defining WORDS_BIGENDIAN

hi,

When will variable (WORDS_BIGENDIAN) be defined ?
I guess it is done during the ./configure

If i need to define it later, i mean, by editting the Makefile,
how would i go about it ?

This is because i am compiling snort for a BIG endian m/c on a Little
endian m/c using a cross compiler.

The cross compiler does take an option (which says it is cross compiling
for a big endian) but still, in DecodeIP it sees the words as reversed
which causes the IP version to be 5 (which is infact the header length)

and leads to a [!] WARNING: Not IPv4 datagram! ([ver: 0x5][len: 0x54])

any pointers is welcome...
