This is interesting, because the name of the tool is "fragroute" not
"fragrouter" as the previous tool of the same author that nearly did the same, i.e.
implement the stuff they discussed in the "Insertion, Evasion, and Denial of
Service: Eluding Network Intrusion Detection" paper of January 1998.

I take it that this is a complete new generation of this kind of tool,
because otherwise the author wouldn't have altered the name but released a new
version instead?

Now, guess what I will do next ;)
