Snort not loggin

Hi kidz

I have a problem with snort 1.8.6 and the 127 build, both of them run
without problem (on ps or using -T on command line) but none of them log
to any of the output plugins (syslog alert_full mysql).

When snort -dev i used i see this warning:
[!] WARNING: Not IPv4 datagram! ([ver: 0x5][len: 0x3c00])

I'm on a 3COM swith, with nothing special
here is an attached dump from tcpdump
I can send any other info if needed
 
Help please !! not loggin at all !!
